Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise stated. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Estimated shipping times are the claims of the shipping service. Skeew is not responsible for their claim.  

Due to many issues with USPS, Skeew no longer offers their services.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders being shipped within the USA that subtotal $75 or more, will receive free shipping unless otherwise noted in the product description. Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some countries are not eligible to ship to.

No free shipping for International orders. Mirrors and stained glass are not eligible for international shipping due to weight and breakage.

For lost or stolen orders: Orders shipped from Skeew that are stated as "Delivered" to the Customer by the post office or UPS and recipient cannot find them, so they seem to be lost or stolen, are not the responsibility of Skeew. Skeew will make every effort to help recover orders; but is not and will not re-ship or refund order at Skeew's expense. Once orders are out of Skeew's control, the responsibility is on the third party shipper and customer. 

No refunds or replacements on packages lost by any carrier or by any customer.

DUTIES AND TAXES: All prices indicated on this Site do not reflect any of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Please contact your customs agency officials to find out about all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Skeew. Packages refused by international customers will not be refunded by Skeew.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for correctly filled orders.
