Skeewbacker Numbers are ultra lightweight, and can be used indoors or outdoors. They make great house numbers, signs, and wall decor. Hang with sawtooth hanger, hanging kit, or use thin set (mortar) to permanently affix to properly prepared surface.

These numbers are constructed from a thick rigid polystyrene foam core sandwiched between waterproof membranes and are 6" on the long dimension. If you wish to paint the edges, use appropriate paints with no solvents, as solvents will compromise the foam core center. You can also put grout or thinset over the edges.  

Do not use spray paints.

Treatment options for edges:

 - you can paint the edges and back with paints that do not contain solvents of any kind as they will warp the board. Use latex or acrylic paints.

- you can thinset the edges

- you can grout the edges

Note: Use Super Glue to glue in the sawtooth hanger for extra security!

EDGES: If your grout does not stick well to the edges, add weld bond instead of water to your grout powder. Mix well to a peanut-butter consistency; then apply only to the edges. This will dry hard and your grout will not rub off.
