SKEEWBACKER SHAPES

Skeewbacker Shapes are ultra lightweight, and can be used indoors or outdoors. They make great garden art, house numbers, signs, and wall decor.  

We have made hanging systems for them that you can select with the backer or you can use your own. Shapes are pre-drilled for hanging kits.

These shapes are made from a 1/2" thick rigid polystyrene foam core sandwiched between waterproof membranes. Either tile or paint the edges. If you use paint, acrylics is the best. Make sure to use appropriate adhesives and paints with no solvents, as solvents will compromise the foam core center. Do not use spray paint as this will warp the boards. You can also put grout or thinset over the edges.  Before you mosaic your Skeewbacker, read this!!!

We now also offer our Skeewbackers with guidelines (patterns) printed on the backer.
