Refund policy
Returns & Refunds: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a refund, credit, or an exchange of goods. Please email us first so we can review the status of the return. All returned merchandise must be in new, re-salable condition, with original boxes, instruction sheets, etc. Full return credit cannot be given for missing packaging, torn packaging, or missing parts. If we have sent the wrong goods, please call or email us to arrange for a return and we will reimburse your postage. Postage will not be reimbursed for correctly filled orders or delays due to shipping partners. Please provide photographs of the items you received via email to lweeks@skeew.biz. Products returned to us as "Unclaimed" may be subject to a Refund minus any shipping costs, if the items received are in re-salable condition. Returns not received in 14 days after contacting us, will be cancelled and not refunded.
Shipping and handling fees are already included in the initial purchase of any FREE Shipping product. When a FREE Shipping product is returned for a refund, the refund will be issued LESS the initial shipping charge.
Any hand-made product with a minor defect in the product that will not impair a mosaic, will not be eligible for a return or refund. Skeew management reserves the right to make these determinations.
We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns Policy at any time.
No refunds or replacements on packages lost by any carrier or by any customer.
No refunds for International packages that have been refused by any customer.
