How to Assemble Ring Spinner Hardware
So happy you have purchased our Spinner Rings to mosaic and enjoy for a long time! Great for gifts and for selling a shows too!
Here is our set of instructions on how to assemble the spinner hardware for your 12” and 6” ring spinner set.
First, you will need a pair of needle-nosed pliers. It is for bending the wire.

What's Included in hardware package:
1 large hook, 2 toothpicks, 2 ball bearings, 2 crystal beads, One 4” wire, One 3” wire
Steps:
- Place the large ring on your working surface and then place the small ring inside the large ring, where you would like it to hang.
- Using each toothpick push them down through the center of the 1/2” thick foam core of each ring. This is where your wires for the hanging system will go through.

Leave the toothpicks in place - then go ahead and complete your mosaic and grouting. When your mosaic is finished and dry, you will then assemble the hardware.
Assembly: We start from the bottom up.
- Start with the smallest ring. Take the longest wire (4”) and your needle nose pliers, and bend the bottom 1/8" of the wire over to make it double as shown in the photo below.
- Take a bead and feed the top of the wire through its hole so it sits down on the closed loop you just created.
- Now remove the toothpick from this ring and put the wire through the bottom of the ring all the way until it pokes through the top. The bead should be up snug to the bottom of the ring.
- Put the top of the wire through one eye of the ball bearing and using your pliers, loop it over the ball bearing eye so it is securely held as in the photo below.
Here's what it should look like:

Set aside the smallest ring.
Top ring assembly:
- Thread the 3" wire (shortest) through the second ball bearing eye and with your pliers, loop (fold) the wire over the ball bearing eye to secure it in place.
- Thread the last bead onto the wire.
- Remove the toothpick and push the wire from the top of the largest ring through that hole.

Putting them together:
- Lay the smaller ring with the hardware in it, inside the largest ring where you envision it to hang.
- Feed the wire from the large ring into the eye of the smaller ring's ball bearings and bend the wire over it to secure it in place.

Here is the finished assembly:

If you need to adjust the height of the inner ring, just disconnect it from the large ring and pull more wire though the ball bearing eye to bring the smallest ring up higher. Clamp tight to hold it securely to the ball bearing.
